(b) 1 to 2 employees Rs. 60/-
(c) 3 to 5 employees Rs. 100/-
(d) 6 to 10 employees Rs. 150/-
(e) 11 to 20 employees Rs. 250/-
(f) 21 to 50 employees Rs. 625/-
(g) 51 to 100 employees Rs. 1125/-
(h) 100 and above employees Rs. 3750/-]
