Section 293 in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
293. Inspection by creditor or partner of statements filed by liquidator.
- Any partner or creditor, if any, of an LLP which is being wound up shall be entitled to inspect any of the statements filed with the liquidator on payment of a fee as prescribed in Annexure and to obtain a copy thereof or extract therefrom on payment of the prescribed charges as prescribed in Annexure.
