Section 3(1) in Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) Act, 2010
(1)For the purpose of ensuring that services provided by service providers to the tourists are of acceptable standard, the State Government shall appoint a Committee to set out standards for service providers of various categories.
