Section 140(a) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(a)a building worker handling cement or concrete-(i)wears close-fitting clothing, gloves, helmet or hard hat, safety goggles, proper foot wear and respirator or mask to protect him from danger in such handling;(ii)keeps as much of his body covered as is required to protect him from danger in such handling;(iii)takes all necessary precautions to keep cement and concrete away from his skin in such handling.
