(2)A compensatory allowance should ordinarily be drawn only by an employee actually on duty, but the [Board] [Substituted 'Corporation' by Notification No. G.S.R. 481(E), dated 7.7.2021 (w.e.f. 23.7.1960).] may grant compensatory allowance or a portion thereof, subject to the provisions of Regulation 70, in addition to leave salary as prescribed in Regulation 69, during the period of leave or any part thereof.
