Section 51(1)(ii) in Haryana Municipal Drainage and Sanitation Bye-laws, 1977

(ii)within 30 metres from any percolation well, water-course or stream used or likely to be used for drinking or domestic purposes or for manufacture or preparation of any article of food or drink for human consumption and it shall be readily accessible so as to permit cleaning operations being carried out without interference with the operation of any water borne sanitary installation as a whole.
