334. Proceedings to contain statement that no such proceeding had been filed before.
- Every appeal or application shall contain a statement that no appeal or application in the same matter has previously been filed. If the appellant or applicant states that an appeal or application has previously been filed, he shall also state how such appeal or application has been disposed of and how the present appeal or application is competent.
