9. Appointment of Principals of Police training institutions.
(1)(a)The Administrator shall appoint a police officer not below the rank of a Deputy Commissioner of Police to be the Principal of the Police Training School for Delhi.(b)The Commissioner of Police may by general or special order assign to the Principal of the Police Training School such powers and duties as he may deem fit for the proper functioning of that School.(2)(a)The Administrator may establish a Police Training College for Delhi and appoint a police officer of appropriate rank to be the Principal of such College.(b)The Commissioner of Police may by general or special order assign to the Principal of the Police Training College such powers and duties as he may deem fit for the proper administration of that College.
