9. Repeal of savings.
- The Uttar Pradesh Khandsari Sugar Manufacturers Licensing Order, 1963 is hereby repealed except as respects rights accrued or liabilities incurred, licences granted, proceedings taken, orders made, directions issued, or things omitted to be done under this order.
