Section 2(c) in The U.P. Fire Prevention And Fire Safety Act, 2005
(c)"fire prevention and fire safety measures" means such measures as are necessary under any law or rules for the time being in force for the prevention, control and fighting of fire and for ensuring the safety of life and property in case of fire;
