168. Disposal of objections and service of the order.
(1)The Deputy Commissioner shall hear the objection or objections of the tenure- holders who may desire to be heard and after hearing them he shall unless he is satisfied that it is not in the best interests of the persons affected, order that a co- operative farm consisting of all the land comprised in the un-economic holdings in the Gaon Sabha Area be established.(2)Notice of an order passed directing a co-operative farm to be established shall be served on every person affected and shall also be proclaimed in the Gaon Sabha area in the prescribed manner.
