(2)Any Police officer of the rank of Superintendent of Police or above, subject to the rules made in this behalf, may award any of the following punishments to any Group 'C' Police officer under his official control-(a)reduction in pay;(b)withholding of increment;(c)withholding of promotion;(d)fine not exceeding one month's pay; or(e)reprimand or censure.
