Section 2(f) in Uttarakhand Technical University Act, 2005
(f)'Other Backward Classes of Citizens' means the backward classes of citizens specified in Schedule 1 of [Uttarakhand] [Substituted by section 2 of Uttarakhand Act No. 10 of 2010.] the Uttar Pradesh Public Services (Reservation for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes) Act, 1994 (Adaptation and Modification) order, 2001;
