(1) The full amount of purchase-money shall be paid by the put chaser at the Collector's office on or before the fifteenth day from the date of the sale.(2)If the purchase money is not so paid, the deposit, after the expenses of the sale have been defrayed therefrom, may be forfeited to Government and the property shall be re-sold, and the defaulting purchaser shall forfeit all claims to the property or to any part of the sum for which it may be subsequently sold.
