Section 17(1) in Meghalaya Regulation of the Game of Arrow Shooting and the Sale of Teer Tickets Act, 2018
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette make rules with prospective or retrospective effect, for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
