(6)[ Every driving license issued or renewed by a licensing authority to drive an E-rickshaw or E-cart shall be valid for a period of not more than three years from the date of issued, as the case may be, or till the validity of the driving license, whichever is earlier.] [Inserted by Notification No. G.S.R. 709 (E) dated 8.10.2014 (w.e.f. 2.6.1989)]
