1">            Heard.             This is second bail application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of applicant Smt.Devendra Kumari who apprehends her arrest for offences under Sections 304-B, 498-A/34 of the I.P.C. and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act; in connection with Crime No.292/2014 registered at Police Station Padmakar Nagar, District Sagar, M.P.             On perusal of record it appears that on 19.11.2014 after arguing for sometime, bail petition was withdrawn with a direction to the applicant to surrender before the trial Court.  Thereafter, she got admitted in the hospital alleging heart problem.  After three days she was discharged.  The medical papers have been filed.  However, on the said ground as well as on the ground that deceased was suffering from some mental ailment, therefore, possibility of commission of suicide under depression cannot be ruled out, however prayed that applicant may be enlarged on anticipatory bail.             After hearing learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Panel Lawyer, looking to the medical papers of the applicant as well as deceased, in my considered opinion, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.  Accordingly, the bail application stands rejected.          (J.K.Maheshwari)                JUDGE <!--[if gte mso 10]> <style> /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal";
