Section 6(a) in Jammu and Kashmir Code of Civil Procedure Act, 1977
(a)So much of the Body of The Court as relates to :-(i)suits expected from the cognizance of a Court of Small Causes;(ii)the execution of decrees in such suit;(iii)the execution of decree against immovable property; and
