State of Rajasthan - Subsection

Section 43(2)(v) in Rajasthan Agricultural University Act, 1962

(v)all such research stations, extension centers, institutions, hostels, offices and other bodies related to Agriculture, as were existing in or functioning for the University prior to the said commencement shall cease to belong to, vested on in or functioning for the University on their transfer from the University made by the Chancellor in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 35 of the Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner Act, 1987.
