Section 4(1) in The Delhi Minimum Wages Rules, 1950
(1)Save as otherwise expressly provided in these rules the term of office of a non-official member of the Board shall be two years commencing from the date of his nomination:Provided that such members shall, notwithstanding the expiry of the said period of two years, continue to hold office, until his successor is nominated.
