Section 22(d) in The Bodoland University Act, 2009
(d)to make recommendations to the Executive Council for the institution of Professorships, Readerships, Lecturer-ships, or other posts of teachers required for the Post-graduate courses and for the recognition of persons as teachers of the University for such courses, and regarding their emoluments duties, and terms and conditions of their services;
