Section 1 in Uttarakhand Technical University Act, 2005
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Uttarakhand] [Substituted by section 2 of Uttarakhand Act No. 10 of 2010.] Technical University Act, 2005.(2)It shall come into force at once.
