These appeals by the assessee are directed against the order of the ld. CIT (Appeals)-I, New Delhi dated 11.09.2020 for the assessment years 2012-13, 2013-14 & 2014-15.
3. At the outset, in these cases, ld. Counsel of the assessee submitted that assessee seeks to withdraw the appeals. Ld. DR did not have any objection to the same. Hence, we permit the withdrawal of the appeals.
4. In the result, the appeals of the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.
