Section 7 in The Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board Act, 2010
7. Power to levy fees and charges.
- The Board shall, for the purposes of this Act, levy fees and charges for any services, which it may be required to provide, as may be prescribed by the rules in this behalf.
