Section 2(1)(g) in The Election Expenses (Maintenance and Lodging of Account) Madhya Pradesh Order, 1997

(g)"Election Expenses" means any expenditure incurred or authorised by a candidate or his election agent in connection with an election between the dates on which he has been nominated and the date of declaration of result thereof, both days inclusive;
