10. Power of Relaxation and Power to remove Difficulties.
(1)The Commission may, in public interest and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these Regulations.(2)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of these Regulations, the Commission may, of its own motion or otherwise by a general or a specific order, not inconsistent with these Regulations or the Act, do or undertake or direct the SLDC to do or undertake activities which in the opinion of the Commission, may appear to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing such difficulties.
