Section 3(3) in The U.P. Control of Supplies, Distribution and Movement of Fruit Plants Order, 1975
(3)Without prejudice to the sub-clause (2), every owner of a fruit nursery or distributor shall supply such information as may be required by the Enforcement Officer in respect of supply and distribution of scheduled fruit plants.
