Section 134(1) in The Manipur Co-operative Societies Act, 1976
(1)On effecting the sale by a land development bank under Section 133, the bank shall, in the prescribed manner, submit to the State Land Development Bank and the Registrar a report setting forth the manner in which the sale has been effected and the result of the sale, and the State Land Development Bank may, with the approval of the Registrar, confirm the state or cancel it.
