3. Application for recognition .-(1) An application for recognition of a Zoo under section 38-H of the Act, shall be made to the Central Zoo Authority in Form I.
(2)An application for obtaining prior approval of the Central Zoo Authority under sub-section (1-A) of section 38-H of the Act for establishment of a new zoo shall be made to the Central Zoo Authority in Form I along with the detailed project report.
