(3)The Board may in the notice issued under sub-section (2) specify(a)the size material and quality of the pipes and water fittings to be provided;(d)the position of the pipes and water fittings to be provided and the means of access for the inspection thereof;(c)the type of pump that should be installed and the hours during which it should be kept working;(d)the period within which any or all the works specified in the notice should be carried out;(e)any other requirement which the Board may deem necessary.
