81. Leave not admissible to an employee under suspension.
- Leave may not be granted to an employee who is dismissed or discharged from a service on grounds of indisciplinary activities or under suspension or against whom proceedings are pending under Chapter IV of these Regulations.Section-IIOrdinary Leave
