Section 82(1) in Tamil Nadu State Housing Board Act, 1961
(1)Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act I of 1894), the award of the Tribunal in relation to the acquisition of land shall be deemed to be the award of the court under the said Act.
