10. Sub-divisional requirements how to be shown.
- The indents of Deputy Commissioners are to show separately the requirements of sub-divisions, and it should be stated whether the whole supply is to be forwarded to headquarters or whether part is to be forwarded direct to sub-divisions. In the latter case, the quantity be sent, the mode of marking the chests and the route should be distinctly indicated in the columns 9 to 12 of the indent.
