Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned Government Pleader for Commercial Tax.
Taking into consideration the amounts
already deposited, pending proceedings with the
respondent authorities, there shall be interim stay
as prayed for, subject to the petitioner paying a sum of Rs.6,00,000/-, within a period of ten (10) weeks from today. However, this order shall be subject to the further orders in the writ petition.
