Section 24 in Telangana State Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
24. Vacancies not to invalidate the constitution of, or the proceedings of any authority or body of the University.
- No act or proceedings of any authority of the University shall be invalid merely by reason of any vacancies in or defect in the constitution of any authority or body of the University.
