ORDER
Shri M.H. Bhat, the appellant has filed this appeal dated 1.5.2011 before the Commission against the Food Corporation of India, Rajkot for not providing complete information to his RTI-request dated 10.12.2010. The matter came up for hearing on 20.10.2011. The appellant was absent, whereas the respondents were represented by Shri Jai Prakash, Area Manager & CPIO.

The appellant filed RTI-request dated 10.12.2010 seeking information on ten queries pertaining to Productivity Linked Incentive (PLI) and pensionary benefits after his superannuation on 31.12.2006. The CPIO vide letter No. ESTT/31(1)/2005/DO RAJKOT/Vol. V dated 5.1.2011 provided point-wise information to the appellant.
3. Aggrieved by the reply of CPIO, the appellant preferred first-appeal on 31.1.2011 before FAA. The first-appeal was replied to at the level of Area Manager vide letter No. Estt/31(1)/2005/DO RAJKOT/VOL. V dated 29.3.2011 forwarding therewith calculation sheet of matching contribution to family pension scheme w.e.f. 3/1971 to 3/1994.
4. The appellant in his second-appeal has submitted that the respondent have not provided complete information, except furnishing only two statement of account.

Having heard the respondent and perused the relevant records, CPIO is hereby directed to provide inspection of relevant records/files to the appellant on mutually convenient date and time, within two weeks of the receipt of this order. On identification of documents, the CPIO is directed to provide these documents to the appellant free of cost within one week.
The matter is accordingly disposed of at Commission's end.
