Section 6(5) in The Orissa District Planning Committees Rules, 2000
(5)Nothing in this rule shall prevent any candidate from filing nomination papers by more than one nomination paper for election to the same seat in the Committee:Provided that not more than four nomination papers shall be presented by or on behalf of any candidate or accepted by the Returning Officer for election to same seat.
