Section 59(2) in The West Bengal Primary Education Act, 1973
(2)From the date of an order under sub-section (1) and until the vacancies are filled -(a)all powers and duties of the Primary School Council shall be exercised and performed by, and(b)all property vested in the Primary School Council shall vest in, such person and in such manner, as the State Government may direct.
