Section 11(9) in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
(9)Where a duplicate driving licence is issued under this rule, it shall he clearly stamped "Duplicate" in red ink and shall be marked with the dale of issue of the duplicate and the seal of Licensing Authority.
