(2)Subject to satisfaction of the conditions laid down in sub-clause (1) the authority may by resolution and in consultation with the Director, Town Planning from time to time, determine and prepare the list of industries that can be permitted in the areas other than industrial zone.Part-IV Structural Design and Other Requirements
