Section 4(1) in The Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses Rules, 2017
(1)A person desirous of commencing or carrying on the business of maintaining warehouse issuing negotiable warehouse receipt may make an application for registration of the warehouse to the Authority in accordance with these rules in the Form appended in the Second Schedule.
