Section 49 in Malabar Tenancy Act, 1929

49. Code of Civil Procedure 1908 to apply to proceedings under Act.

- The procedure provided as regards suits in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act V of 1908), including Orders XXXVIII, XXXIX and XL of the First Schedule, shall be followed as far as it can be made applicable in all proceedings relating to applications under this Act.
