Section 2(j) in The M.P. Public Services (Promotion) Rules, 2002
(j)"Roster" means a prescribed register of running account of all clear vacancies to be filled up by promotion of public servants belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and unreserved category as provided in Rule 9 of these rules;
