Section 4(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice Act, 1997
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, constitute for any area specified in the notification, one or more Juvenile welfare Boards, for exercising the powers and discharging the duties conferred or imposed on such Board in relation to neglected juveniles under this Act.
