Section 63(ii) in The Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1962
(ii)if there is no movable property, or if the sale proceeds of the movable property or properties attached and sold are insufficient to meet in full the demand of the decree-holder, the immovable property belonging to the Judgement-debtor may be proceeded against.
