Section 27(1) in THE UTTAR PRADESH RECOVERY OF DAMAGES TO PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PROPERTY ACT, 2020
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provision of this Act the State Government may by a notified order, make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as apkear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
