144. Prayer for an order of inter-locutory nature.
- A prayer for stay of execution or proceedings or for the vacating of an order staying execution or for admitting additional evidence, or for any other order of an interlocutory nature shall not be contained in the memorandum of appeal or the application for revision to which it relates, but shall be made by a separate application.
