57.
Such warrant shall be forwarded by the Deputy Registrar when the person is under detention in a Jail, to the officer-in-charge of that jail or the public officer or other person holding the person in custody or restraint and a copy of the above warrant shall be sent to the detaining authority simultaneously. In every other case, the warrant shall be served as the High Court may direct.
