Section 10 in The Orissa Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2000
10. Term of Office of the members.
- The term of office of each of the members other than the ex officio members of the Board of Examiners shall be three years. If a member leaves the State of Orissa permanently or absents himself from [three] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1827 dated 28.11.2003.] consecutive meetings of the board, he shall be deemed to have vacated his seat on the Board and another person may be appointed in his place for the unexpired portion of his term.
