Section 634 in The Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
634. Removal of difficulties. -
If any difficultly arises in giving effect to the provisions of this [Act] [Word substituted by W.B. Act 13 of 1984.], the State Government may, as occasion may require, by order do or cause to be done anything which may be necessary for removing the difficulty.
